Veneer
Dental veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made
shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover
the front surface of teeth to improve your appearance.
These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth
changing their color, shape, size, or length.
Dental veneers can be made from porcelain or from
resin composite materials according to the requirement
of patient.
This procedure will require 2 visits for ceramic
veneer & 1 for composite veneer.
One for the tooth preparation and impression, which
will take 1 hr and the next appointment for the
cementation of ceramic veneer requires ½
hour. Composite veneer will require 1 hr appointment
for each tooth. |
